Download the latest release of Bot Warfare. Bots can use the valkyrie rocket carepackage streak. Bots have a slight delay after spawning, scales inversely with difficulty. Bots can choose two attachments if they have the perk. Bots will spend cod points on everything they choose now (not just gun and perk like before). Bots class, rank, and cod points all persist across rounds. 
Silencers will not cause other bots to look in the firer's direction. Fixed bots trying to capture a hacked care package when they can't because its on their team. Fixed bots never reviving a player if they move. Bots can hack claymores if they are not facing it. Bots can call in chopper gunner and gun ship but do not use it. Bots react to the uav, jammer, decoys, motion sensor and camera spike. Bots take out spyplanes and counter spyplanes. Bots play all game modes (capture flags, plant and defuse, etc.). 
You can change your clan tag, emblem and calling card. You can change prestige classes if available. This mod extends the functionality and features of Combat Training in Black Ops multiplayer. Then, they get matched up against other players that are their skill, then realize that all it comes down to is who has host/better connection. Leaves the matchmaking up to the kids that think they're good. I'm glad COD finally gave ppl this feature. People play against bots, because its absolutely the same thing as "elites" "pwning newbs." You think its fun running around and wrecking kids that hardly know how to play, the kids that hardly know how to play enjoy running around and wrecking bots. Xbox i was ranked 72 S&D before modded lobbies happened. Probably still top 100 in search and destroy. Off the top of my head, its like 3rd prestige in 1 day with like a 3.6 kdr.

Personally get zero satisfaction Beaton the AI.
